These are good wraps. I use them on days when i do heavier pushing exercises, such as barbell bench press. Unfortunately, the Heavy version of the wraps are very stiff, too stiff for me in my opinion, and i should have gotten the style that was slightly more flexible than this set. This Heavy version would be best for powerlifters. I personally have very small, bony, angular wrists/forearms (7.25″ at the smallest circumference at the forearm) and these are too inflexible to the point that they can dig into your skin/boney prominences causing discomfort. I would have personally preferred a more flexible fabric that would better mold around my wrist. I took a risk buying the Heavy version, but should have probably bought the Medium version. Still, i like the wraps and they provide more than enough rigidity to keep your wrists from suffering a major injury. I think these wraps would be best for people that are only doing less than 5 rep sets with a very heavy weight. For example, If i am doing barbell bench press, I generally do around 10 rep sets with a more moderate weight around 225 lbs, and these are too stiff for that application IMO even though its within the suggested weight range. If i were trying to set a 1-3 rep max these would be ideal. Nonetheless, i still use them on all push exercises to keep my wrists stable and in position and they serve that purpose. I honestly would not feel comfortable doing heavier push exercises without these anymore, because I have injured my wrist several times not wearing wraps. Do yourself a favor and use protective gear like these to keep your joints in better condition.A few more positives, they are very nicely made, and very durable thus far. Velcro attachments still work as if they were brand new. Thumb loop helps getting them on nice and tight. The styling with the black and white suits my tastes. The product itself has no real faults, but next time I will get the Medium version
